Great company to work with. The website is user-friendly and placing an order was a breeze. Sadly, my delivery got lost. I shot an email over and got a quick reply from Ally, who assured me he’d check on it. I was updated throughout the process, and a replacement was dispatched, arriving the very next day. I’ll surely shop at Craft 56 again.

I spotted these folks at the arches in Glasgow during the summer, but I couldn’t grab anything since I was traveling with just hand luggage. I told them I’d make a purchase online for a Christmas gift. I kept them in mind and I’m not let down; it arrived fast, nicely packed, and it’s a unique gift for someone who appreciates the vintage vibe.

In general, the lowest price around, nicely packed, showed up on the promised date. They have a wide selection of items, including some that are tough to find elsewhere. What else could you want? I’ll surely be back for more.

My order ended up at the wrong location, and I didn’t get any notice about it being delivered, otherwise I would’ve figured something was off. I only found out it was delivered when I got a prompt to rate the service and decided to ask about it. After some back and forth, I heard from Parcelforce, who mentioned they talked to the person that got my package - they live about 1.5 miles from me. That person passed it on to someone else who claims to know me. I think I have an idea of who that might be, but as of now, my parcel is still not in my hands. There’s been no apology or any real plan to get my package to my doorstep, which is what I paid for! Seriously, don’t charge for delivery if you can’t actually deliver!
